Process is simple:
1. Buy here and then click create a service ticket on our site to get the address and email for further instructions. [
2. Ship it with your local post office
3. When we have received your unit, we estimate around between 2 to 5 business days until we are done with it. (you'll get an email)
4. We ship it back to you. (Normally, between 2 to 5 business days through the post)

The listing price covers the repair and the return shipping.
Pricing & Shipping:
- You will need to ship the game console to the repair facility. The listing covers return shipping only.
- If the unit is beyond repair or needs additional repair, we will reach out with more information. We may offer to buy it back or send it back as-is broken for a fee
- All console conditions accepted, even if previously repaired.
- Controllers/consoles occasionally available for sale—check other listings.
