This is a repair service to fix stick drift on Official PlayStation 5 DualSense controllers. Not a controller purchase.
What’s Included:
- Repair of both joysticks on one PS5 DualSense controller (select quantity for multiple controllers).
- Replacement of old potentiometer joysticks with Hall Effect joysticks for a near-permanent fix (unless damaged otherwise).
- 30-day warranty on repair service.
Process is simple:
1. Buy here and then click create a service ticket on our site to get the address and email for further instructions. [
2. Ship it with your local post office
3. When we have received your unit, we estimate around between 2 to 3 business days until we are done with it. (you'll get an email)
4. We ship it back to you. (Normally, between 2 to 5 business days through the post)
5. Enjoy !
The listing price covers the repair and the return shipping.
Pricing & Shipping:
- You will need to ship the controller to the repair facility. The listing covers return shipping only.
- If a controller is beyond repair, we may offer to buy it back or send it back as-is broken for a fee
- All controller conditions accepted, even if previously repaired.
